We offer remote support and desktop mirroring where the Help Centre agent can remotely ‘take over’ your computer and provide support from resolving a problem, to installing updates and adding printers.
For support queries that fall outside of the 95% remote support resolution rate, an engineer is deployed to resolve the issue.
